Enjoy a festive, fun-filled day at The Speaker’s House as we celebrate the German heritage of the Muhlenberg family with traditional German foods, local beers, apple cider, pretzels, and other delicious seasonal fare. Relax while listening to live music, try your hand at colonial games, and learn how to make sauerkraut and apple schnitz. Take a behind-the-scenes tour to see the latest restoration work on the historic Frederick Muhlenberg house and stroll through the new Pennsylvania German kitchen garden.
All proceeds benefit The Speaker’s House.
Tickets are $30 for those over 21; $20 for ages 12 to 20 and for designated drivers; $10 for children ages 6 to 12; free for children under 6.
Parking is available across the street at the Trappe Shopping Center.
